Custom 1-of-1 Trophy Footwear

Refunds, returns and exchanges are not offered on custom pieces in any capacity. If a custom piece is received with any specifications (size, colour, materials, engravings, custom requests) differing or missing from the original order, the piece must be returned in original condition and original packaging within 30 days since the order was received in order for errors to be amended. Once the trophy footwear has been amended, it will be sent back to your specified shipping address free of charge. Return shipping for amendments is free of charge, simply use the prepaid shipping label found inside your order. You will receive email confirmation when the carrier has scanned your return and it is on your way back. Returns may take 30-90 days to complete; you will be notified once your trophy footwear is on its way back to you.

 

Limited Run Footwear

 

If a limited run footwear order is received with any specifications (size, colour, materials, engravings, custom requests) differing or missing from the original order, the piece must be returned in original condition and original packaging within 30 days since the order was received in order for errors to be amended.
